Brief

  • Create mass awareness of Wigoders re-entry to the market
  • Increase footfall in Wigoders Longmile Road store
  • Generate media coverage that will span across summer months
  • Improve & optimise the online presence of the brand to increase web traffic

  • Recruited three high-profile GAA stars as ambassadors for a PR launch.
  • Created photography & content to be leveraged across Wigoders social channels
  • Organised a series of round table and one-on-one interviews between ambassadors & mainstream media‚Äč
  • Regular touchpoints with all journalists to ensure coverage was used & linked back to Wigoders.
  • Detailed impact reporting on all coverage and impact results.

  • Coverage of Wigoders landed in six national print newspapers.
  • Wigoders showcased across thirteen different online publishers.
  • Brand mentioned across five national radio stations (Newstalk, Today FM, RTE, 2fm, fm104) and also Irelands biggest GAA podcast (The GAA Hour).
  • Reached a targeted audience of 1.1 Million
  • Created a brand affinity which is directly reflected in sales and revenue.

  • Grew website traffic from 800 per month to 2,100 unique users
